I loved the walk up and down. You definitely need sturdy shoes because of the loose rocks. Views along the way are amazing. Bit challenging but not steep. Highlight of Croatia for me.

After the city wall I would say this is the second best thing to do in Dubrovnik. Originally we were going to take the cable car but it was out of order due to the weather being too windy, so we decided to take a...More

Really recommend going at sunset- the view was breathtaking and it also wasn't too hot. Go past the fort for the best view as the sun sets. Wear comfortable shoes for walking as it is very rocky.

I took the cable car up for 85kuna then walked it down which took an hour. The view was amazing! I spent half an hour up there just admiring the scenic view. There is a cafe, restaurant, toilets and a war museum up there.

Fantastic views and out outside dinning at the top is a must do when in Dubrovnik. The views are to die for and the food is excellent.

We read on TripAdvisor that one can go up either by cable car, taxi or walking. We decided a unique option. We went up in a tuk tuk. Not many people are aware that there is a tuk tuk tour available for 2/4 hours to...More
