The Riva harbour and promenade are lovely. Out to sea you can sea the islands; looking back from a vantage point you can sea the mountains which form a backdrop to the town. Palm trees on the promenade, lots of outdoor cafés, places to sit...More

First time visiting and hopefully not the last. Gorgeous for a stroll or bit of shopping. Lots of cafes and bars and shops. Great market selling everything nearby. Super!

Big open space of water with huge yachts and boats. Came across on the ferry from Trogir, well worth the visit for the day. Good central point when sight seeing, recommend to take the ferry rather than the bus as was so hot!

Beautiful par of the Split with small boats in harbor with old fishermen on them was so interesting to watch and enjoy in their discussions even that I could't understand them anything.

We just loved spending time on the Riva, enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea and the cooling winds off the water. It's also a great place to have a coffee or a meal and just people-watch!

We were truly enjoying our stroll around the harbour until we noticed the sight and smell of raw sewage being pumped directly into the water just 2 metres from the boardwalk at the bottom of the main thoroughfare. It is such a shame as Split...More

🎋♨️✈️ Riva Harbour Split A beautiful walk along the promenade with the back drop of Diocletian Palace. It’s a spectacular sight with tourists and locals thronging the beautiful long esplanade with cafes and bars mushrooming in either sides. The island of palm trees gives it...More
