We planned on a modest walk to a viewpoint and a dip at a nice beach. We followed the city map to and through the park. Unfortunately the paths are not well marked nor are distances. The park is huge. After Using Google Maps we...More

Be a shame to get the bus, great views along the way. Take your time, there is a cafe bar on the way, when you get there you think WOW, amazing views, keep going as gets so much better when you get to the flag...More

The Marjan Park is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and view at the westcoast. It was a perfect day to rest at Marjan Park with friends.

The park is very beautifull. The beginning is a bit crowded but make sure to go for a hike and walk all the way to the trails at the end. Lovely view.

Well worth a visit but travel by local bus. Much cheaper than the red tourist bus and avoids the dreary estates of southern Split. Do take a picnic and also swim if you have time. It is a beautiful area of national park.

This is a good solid uphill walk that you should bring water with you but well worth for the views at the very top

Well worth the hike to the top for spectacular views of Split and the port. Go early in the morning or in the evening as it’s steep hot work! The 13th century churches are a special treat.

It's great for exercise. There is more than 750 stars to reach the top of the hill but the view is beautiful and worth it.

Beautiful park, well frequented by locals. They have a number of beaches, and tennis courts at the far end. Tour buses can take you part of the way in to the park but the rest is pedestrianised.

It's a 4 minute walk from old town. Head towards Vidilica cafe bar if you want the vista with a good hike. Otherwise head towards the main park entrance and you can rent bikes from there.

I would say about 3h is fair at a decent pace and stopping for pictures.
