Given the limited number and variety of museums that Split has to offer, no harm giving this one a try as well. The entrance fee was not too expensive either.

Cultural snapshot of Croatia, and magnificent view from very top of old Diocletian palace. A must-see.

Interesting museum on an upper floor of Diocletian's Palace. Displays of typical dress of the region and examples of old crafts.

Three floors of mainly costumes. Quite interesting if you like that sort of thing. Plaques in English. Staff very enthusiastic and helpful

Well presented interesting displays of former traditional costumes of Croatia and other countries of the surrounding regions. Such detailed embroidery and bright coloured woollen/cotton/silk cloths, wide leather belts for knives and pistols, Fishing implements display. This tour is not bad. Fee storage building. Exposition can be a better. Average quality things. Recommend to elderly peoples. Not for kids and teenagers. Bit boring.
