This is not the same one as in The Three Mosqueteres. Also French. Was the founder of the city. Looks on the see just above the Potemkin stairs.

on the way of potemkin steps. you can not miss it. very nice one. couple of shots are enough just before potemkin. also lots of cars could be seen for city tour.
