A wonderful and fun experience for all! Our tour guide was delightful! Opportunity to hear the history of chocolate and to make our own variety of chocolates to take home with us. Great stores in the building , too!

Me and some families with tween kids went here and were quite satisfied with the brief tour, making chocolate, along with test tasting many drinks and sweets WE MADE! Chocolate success! Kids were entertained and entertaining and staff were excellent. Highly recommend coming here!

you don't need a reservation, but they have scheduled times and for a set amount of people. we had 6 in our group and it was perfect
