Attended once, for a special prayer group in a good sunny Saturday, simple and traditional protestant house of prayer.

Good message for locals and visitors. Second summer we've visited and found it to be friendly both times. .

We were fortunate to have been married in this lovely church 38 years ago this September and also renewed our vows there on our 25th anniversary. It truly is a beautiful church and the view from the tower is outstanding on a clear day. A very special place!

In the town and a short walk from the action. Simply beautiful and a must visit. The view is worth the climb! Enough said.

After 94 steps (and a quick view of the beautiful church) you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of Nantucket. Go up on a clear day and you can see all the way to the vineyard. We went up with an older volunteer who treated myself and my son to great stories and pointed out all of our surroundings.... More

Local musicians and singers sang in several languages amid the roses and local privet flowers. A lovely comfortable church for the occasion made all visitors welcome

The inside of the church is very pretty and when we showed up, we were met by people with smiles who offered to show us the church and talk about it. They also offer a climb up the bell tower for a fee but we didn't do this.

The soaring steeple of First Congregational gives a sweeping view of Nantucket Harbor. You have to climb to the top, so not for the feint of heart. Two of our children have been married here and two of our grandchildren have been baptized. In typical old New England fashion each pew is enclosed by a small door. Notice the beautiful... More

Never went in here before, and so glad we did. The people who staff it are so friendly and will give you the real, local flavor if nantucket. They're spending $5mill on rennovations. The climb to the top wasn't bad. Even on the sat.bof July 4, we were the only 2 there. Nice to have a little piece of nantucket... More
