The Old Church. This cathedral is just beautiful inside. The wood floors & straight back pews transport you to another time. Beautiful views of the harbor. Best photo ops...here and directly front & to the side is a yellow building (old hospital) & docked kayaks...it...More

The church looks great from the outside. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get inside as it was locked. There were no opening hours displayed. The steps outside were cleared of snow.

This is the big city so enjoy it. The Municipality building is nice and has nice artwork. There are shuttles outside. Bundle up.

Was in Nuuk in April and while walking around we saw the church and decided to check it out. Very cute and very Nuuk, if that makes sense. Blended well in the surrounding and it was great to see it.

A calm and peaceful building that we were lucky to see. We tried the door and it was unlocked by the lady who organises confirmations and she let us look inside and feel the atmosphere. It was a short visit and very worthwhile.

We were not inside as it was closed each time we were there, but it's on every postcard and picture so of course we wanted to see it :). Its a lovely church under a small hill. On the hill you see the Hans Egede...More
