I did think, "How different can apple cider be?" But I tried it, and it is. BETTER. We walked around the grounds some, which was great exercise, and particularly enjoyed the little onsite corn maze (which we thought should be called the "amazing maize maze"), but could easily have skipped that and just spent time in the store (eating and... Cider Hill is such an interesting place to visit. All of their produce is home grown (including many varieties of apples). They have won awards for their apple cider, which is outstanding. We ususally freeze some for the winter months, as they are not open then. I defy anyone to drive out of the parking lot with a bag of... More

Nice place, but products are expensive. Best time to buy is during their seasonal clearance sales, particularly just before Christmas. But need to keep an eye on the bill as the staff doesn't always apply the latest discounts which can change daily just before Christmas. They have a good section of plants and we bought our Christmas tree from them... More

We stopped at Cider Hill Farm as part of a road trip up the East Coast and it was definitely worth the stop! It was a gorgeous fall day, even almost with the season over, and the donuts were warm when we stopped to pick them up. Incredible! It appeared that on peak weekends this place might get pretty crazy... More

The hills themselves are beautiful. The kids love the hay ride up the mountain and there's chickens to befriend and swings that bring me back to my own childhood. While you're there don't forget to grab a cider donut (to die for) and make sure mom takes some time to check out the cute farm store and if you're feeling... More

My husband, his father and I went on Sunday to pick up some unpasteurized cider to make hard cider with. What an experience we encountered. It is a wonderful farm with lots to see and do. The country store is absolutely amazing so many wonderful products that I could grocery shop there!! People were still apple picking, others were choosing... More

Great atmosphere, lots of variety. I always take my camera. We load up on food for the coming cold weather.

Wonderful local green farm that offers lots of pick your own options, CSA, farm stand but best of all piping hot cider donuts and award-winning cider to die for!!! In the fall you have to time it right as the place gets mobbed....best very early in the day or at the end. Beautiful plants and pumpkins for sale as well... More

What a fun day with our grandsons and their parents picking apples!Large produce market, fresh eggs. Apple cider, donuts, and lots of other goodies to eat. Trike park for the children, a cornfield maze, and more pumpkins than I've ever seen.

Went today. Stood in line for 1/2 hour at the concession stand. When I got up there finally, they told me the credit card machine was not working! OK. I will give you cash, I need a few donuts. She said we have NO donuts, you have to go into the store. REALLY? No donuts at the concession stand! You... More
