I run or walk in the park every day that I am in Annaplois it takes a hour to walk and is true to its name ie. Quite Waters.

Beautiful large park with frontage on the South River. Great, shady walking/trail-bike paths (with some tree roots so a little rough for thin tires, but one can also ride on the roads). Several lovely overlooks of the river. Picnic and grill areas.

make a picnic stop here; then go for a casual walk to the bay for a view. low use makes parking and walking easy. small entry fee per car.

You can definitely launch your kayak and I believe even rent them but no place to swim.

All parts can have dogs on a leash. There are two dog parks that a leash is not needed.
