There are some many trails that you can walk your dog, go for a nice stroll, or bike. They even have a dog park where you can let your dog off the leash and let them run around with other dogs.

Quiet Waters has many options to offer, from boat and kayak access to hiking and biking trails. There is also a concert series on summer weekends. Art Galleries in the visitor center, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, access to waterfront.

You may be able to get the inflatable in there, if not, Truxton Park may be the next best bet. I would try Quiet Waters first,

There are pavilions with grills that you can rent for larger group events. There are also picnic tables scattered throughout the park if you have a portable grill you bring in to the park.
