Panama has its soul in Casco Antiguo and it is a Latin American one. So one has to live in it.It is safe (we avoided deserted small streets) and full of pleasant surprises such as monuments, houses, shops, bars and restauarants.
We stayed at Dreams Playa Bonita in Panama and the resort offered a complimentary ride to the old city in the evening. We went to Tantalo had drinks and enjoyed music.
