Old original Panama cathedral

A walk bye is deffinitely something that you should do. It is very old and worth the visit to see the build there.

A little disappointing as we could only view from the street. Not anything special but the area it is located in is fun and worth the visit.

One of the largest in Central America and worthy of a visit. Completed in 1796 and abandoned until 2003. What makes it special and unique is that the two towers are covered in mother of pearl and the entrance is stone with huge wooden doors. Inside it is quite simple but the altar is beautiful.

The place has nothing to offer, very boring and its very dirty and in bad shape. For being the most important church in Panama, they still have lot to do.

You see so many of these in ex Spanish Colonial America and this one is hardly a shining example. If you're already walking by then pop in for a look, but don't head here as a destination in itself.

Not Sure if there is a lot to see here.. Cathedral at Old Panama may be the only interesting thing at this place. There are a few shops geared for tourists here. They all seem to sell the same cheap products for a lot of money.

The central plaza in Casco Vieja is exciting and busy. This interesting old cathedral is being remodeled as are other buildings nearby. The square is bustling with people. Restaurants are just a few steps away as well as shops and lots of activity in the plaza in front of the church
