Yes, I know - perhaps its not Eastern Europe geographically, but this fits all the cliches - brilliant brutalist architecture falling apart, lots of rusty MiGs and Mi-24s, an exhibit that looks like it hasnt been updated or even cleaned for good 30 years, anti-aircraft...More

The museum has many exhibits. The problem is that most of the details are given only in the local language. So there are many photos and models but you can't make out anything since it is not in English. If they want tourists to come...More

A wonderful collection of aircraft inside and a few neglected outside. I know this museum is self funded but could they not clean the windows just for a start and remove the old bank advert, let the light in? Just a few signs in the...More

We got a bit scared when we saw a building. It definetelly remembers Yugoslavia times, but it is really worth to see. Lots of planes and helicopters. Problem is with language. Not everything is translated to english

I have visited other aviation museums in different countries. However, I must say that I was really surprised with the huge collection of aircrafts in this museum. The exterior featured mainly military aircarfts during the nation's Yugoslavia days, but the interior featured many different aircrafts...More
