I finally got to visit last year when I had to take a friend back to the airport and had some free time. It's an inexpensive ticket to go inside and take a look at all the historic aircraft inside and out. The highlights include a replica of Serbia's first airplane and parts from an F117 Stealth Fighter shot down... More

Visit take for about 1 hour, and is very nice. A lot of airplanes, also from the conflict in 1999. Exhibition also outside the building. We can recommend it. If you will ask in the restaurant for presso, they will recommend you the coffe automat in the building :) but you can order 'domacka kafa'. In restaurant, you can take... More

Worth visiting! It is unique! Very important exhibits! Unfortunately many exhibits' signs were only in Serbian - not translated in English. The museum used to be impressive and glorious, but now seems rather abandoned, lack of money, I suppose. Pity!!!

A one piece of history to all aviation lovers. A must see tourist attraction which not too many people are aware of. Look for it next to the airport terminal.

I cannot add much to the previous contributor from Portsmouth who has summed the museum up very well. I am an enthusiast and thought the museum was fascinating, the fact that Serbia/Yugoslavia had links with both East and West as well as an indigenous aviation industry means there is a wide ranging collection which includes some very rare aircraft. The... More

The Belgrade aeronautical museum is located just a few minutes walk from the bus stop at the international airport. The cheapest travel option is to take either bus 72 or A1 from the city to the airport. The museum is housed within a huge mushroom shaped building, but there are also a lot of aircraft and helicopters outside in the... More

It's an old (but interesting) building, lots of airplanes on the outside and some more in the inside. Only worth if you're an airplane enthusiast.

Walked over with my partner after farewelling some family members at nearby Nikola Tesla Airport. I'm a huge aviation geek so had a great time and enjoyed the exhibits, huge selection dating back to the 1930's to 1999. The museum as previous reviewers eluded to is fairy old, tired and needing a refurb but if you look past that, it's... More
