The only casino in the world that charges for drinks.
Poor service and disrespectful.
Very beautiful place on two floors

In belgrade u can find slot clubs and betting shops on each corner, so the casino is generaly empty, we couldnt play texas holdem for 2 consecutive nights during the week because no players were found, maybe on week ends its different ,except for roulette and black jack but u can easily find a seat, the place was clean and safe ,
the drinks were perfect and for free of course, the dealers spoke little english...

Too much smoke gives a dirty feeling. But on top of all, I have never been in a place where they make you feel uncomfortable, people welcoming are fine, but inside is unbelievable.
One manager give warning to me because I was closing my eyes. May be I am wrong to do that, but I hate if someone is touching my shoulder while warning.
Another manager did the same thing by HITTING my shoulder because I sit at a table in the bar which I did not realized it was reserved. Thank god I am not deaf and I don’t understand why they hit my shoulder. Anyway basically, RUDE, DIRTY uncomfortable.

In a city where there is plenty of gambling the casino scene is very sad. Grand is really horrible overcrowded tables smoke filled and you are very unlikely to get a drink. The casino was only offering roulette and Blackjack despite advertising Punto Banco. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful.

It’s a very small casino. Mainly has slot machines. 5-6 live roulette tables and 2 poker tables. No entry charges. Must carry passport when u visit 1st time.

Look all. I have been to many casino’s world wide. Barcelona, Switzerland, bucharest, venice, prague, las vegas, atlantic city, and hard rock seminole where i live in florida. been to others but forgot by now. smoking is expected internationally and even in las vegas. many casinos do have non smoking tables and some do not. I have never been to any casino and didnt smell like smoke after. This casino is very well maintained and I would rate it high for an international. and for the person who says drinks are free at casinos this is totally false. I paid for my drinks in Switzerland, in florida , and in belgrade. keep in mind it is free to go in at these places. in bucharest many cost to go in and they do give free low end drinks and food for free. in barcelona it cost to go in and i can not remember drinks but think also had to pay.
Fantastic Poker room in belgrade and daily tournaments. I play poker and if you do I highly recommend. Now what is unusual is they allow smoking in the poker card room and i have never seen this before, except maybe bucharest a few.

Biggest casino in Belgrade and safest. 2 floors. 10mins from city. Lots of jackpot machines on ground floor and some table games on second floor like black jack, roulette and Texas Holden. Soft drinks, coffees are free. Have money changer in the casino. Casino accepts euro and usd.

The entry staff is pretty friendly, and there are no complications on the passport check-in, they have certain countries that they allow the IDs of, but for the rest, they need passports as it's in Serbia's Government Law to have a database of people gambling from other countries (probably if you win big, but I don't think it's the case).
Overall the casino looks pretty nice, nothing too crazy but for an Easter European Casino, it's pretty decent. Smoking is indeed allowed inside so if you are a non-smoker you might be a little bit uncomfortable but it's not anything too crazy (I don't smoke and wasn't that affected by it).
You have the first floor with slot machines and some electric roulette for those who don't want to play Live Games, you don't have a wide variety of games on these machines and some might be a little low to mid-grade (they don't have those top-of-the-line slot machines). As expected in a casino - don't expect to win and only enter with money you can lose without repercussions as the machines don't give anything compared to other casinos I've visited.
For Blackjack enthusiasts and players! I don't recommend playing at their BJ tables since they have an automated re-shuffler which means all the cards coming out are truly random so you don't even have the player advantage at the live tables. They advertise that they have smaller tables on their website (500 RSD) but you will only see the 1000RSD+ being opened (even on busy nights) with no side bets.
The dealers are content, neither friendly nor rude, they feel like they are just trying to do their job and nothing else, which isn't something surprising to be fair.
Soft drinks are on the house if they see you play and you have a selection of drinks that they offer for free but you need a waiter to come to you while sitting at a machine/table, all the drinks requested at the bar/restaurant are charged.
Roulette follows the same principle, the smallest table opened is 1000 outside and 100 inside.
You have exchange offices inside the casino and ATMs (however the "trusted" bank ones don't work and they only have the kind that takes a pretty big amount of tax per withdrawal.)
All in all, it's worth it for the "rookie" experience, I wouldn't consider it a casino I would usually go to even if I lived in the area as it seems like they did all they could to increase the house odds, so if you are in it only for the heck of it - go ahead.

This casino is discriminatory. I injured my leg, but after that I was in a casino in Malta and in Munich, and only then they didn’t let me in, because I had a bandage on my leg

We got it as a tip what seems to be not a good one since it was half empty, the stuff seems unhappy themself, it took us 30min to get drinks in as i said half empty casino. We spent some 45min on slots and left. All in all, there are nicer places in Belgrade to visit or gamble.
