This was a surprise highlight of our touring Bucharest. It is a beautiful facility in a quiet environment. Our host/guide was tremendous. Spoke very fast as his passion for the facility came through, but made the experience more real. Highly recommended.

A delightful and charning lady, a member of the congregation, showed us around with interesting facts of the place. Well done job of renovation after the 1977 earhquake, An absolute joy to see.

This is a beautifully reconstructed working synagogue. Atour was given by the chairman, Gilbert, who explained in great detail the history of the Jewish coomunity in Romania, and his synagogue in Bucharest.

This really caught our attention as it is much different then most of the architecture in Bucharest. Beautiful, peaceful and unique!

Inside of the synagogue is filled with hand drawn and painted images. It is under renevation right now. Make sure to visit it and support it as it needs any and all help.
