A nice passage way in Bucharest Old Town with beautiful architecture and inside you can make a stop for a drink with your friends because there are a few restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed this place and returned a few times for a few drinks and to smoke some sheesha, of course. There really isn't much else going on here besides that. There a few clubs tucked away in some corners of this place, but that...More

OK, probably an age thing. I walked through the whole passageway in 60 seconds and wasn't tempted to stay longer. Narrow covered walkway, with people mostly smoking shisha. Not the most pleasant atmosphere.

This passage was originally constructed at the end of the 19th Century to connect a banking area with the main drag of the city with all sorts of business en route. Today it is still a pleasant enough shortcut but is mainly eateries and watering...More

Just off Calea Victoriei this lovely and ornate arcade is grand for a stroll along. The outstanding feature is the fine yellow glass ceiling that looked radiant in the sunny evening light. Cafes and other outlets are plentiful along its sweep.

A covered arcade built at the end of the 19th century it is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Much of it really doesn't get started until nightfall. Looks a bit abandoned early afternoon or in the morning. A good place to try out night...More

Covered passage in Bucharest centre. It has a collection of coffee shops, shisha bars, antiques, etc. Must see if you travel in Bucharest

The story behind it is interesting (two noble families united through marriage and architecture), cool covered spot to get shelter, loads of places to have a shisha/narghilea, cafés, pubs name it. Going for just a stroll is interesting but staying there and having a coffee...More

The whole constracture reminds me of Old Paris, it's really impressive and could have been a main attraction of the City. We went to Macca Villacrosse Passage at midday and unfortunately what we shaw was sad, like a totally forgotten and abandoned part of Bucharest....More
