Not really a "go to" place in Bucharest. The park is nice, although it is desperate for some maintenance (not many lights were lit, everything could use some cleaning/cutting & compared to Parcul Nicolae Titulescu in Brasov, Carol Park looks like it's poor, neglected sibling)....More
Close to the Piata Unirii, this park is worth visiting. It wasn't called Carol Park in the days of Communism. The mausoleum is there. The gardens, the quite walk in the nature, that the park offers, is a place of refuge from the busy life...More
