As others have said, you'll no doubt get a view of this on your journey from the airport to the city centre. We headed back here for another look as we were nearby for some of the other museums. I certainly was expecting Bucharest to...More

It is a nice structure but you can just drive by and watch it from the car or bus. don't need to stop like in Paris.

This arch is just like the original in Paris, but a little bit bigger! When we were coming in from the airport and I saw this, and the boulevard that looks like the Champs Elysee, I had flashbacks. But no, this is in a different...More

Nice tower but there didn't seem to be any way to climb to the top. It's dangerous to walk over to it since the traffic goes round it.

It looks like Triumph Arch from Paris, but sometimes you might think that is better and cleaner. Not easy to get there for the pedestrians because of huge traffic

It's the third form of the "Arcul de Triumf" as it was built/rebuilt. On the way to/from the airport, it's the entrance of the capital.

Nothing else to see so you can stay in the taxi as you go past it! Of course there is history attached and museums near by.

A very nice arch, a bit out of the city centre but we did walk it! be patient if you want a traffic free photo; it is possible within 5 mins.
