The area around Lipscani has many historical sights but at night you run the gauntlet of hassle from sex-club touts on some of the streets. Some good restaurants but prices are twice what you would pay in the rest of the city.
This is a typical old town street. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants but also some rather overpriced souvenir shops selling rather tatty goods. Having said that when in the area, have a stroll through.
