We did the bike tour "Bucharest – City of Contrasts" with Razvan and he was brilliant. His enthusiasm and knowledge was fantastic way to learn more about Romania's history. We would also recommend to do the "Bucharest in the Hood".

Andrei was a most brilliant guide. His knowledge, his presentation and his passion shone through for the entire duration of the cycle tour. He even had magazines, newspapers and photos to describe events and life in Bucharest which really added to his already overflowing knowledge base. He is a fantastic addition to the tourism industry in Bucharest and to the... More

Razvan gave us a great bike tour of the city . There is no need to worry about exhausting yourself on the bike as there are plenty of stops including a lunch break which was paid for by the guide Some of the ride is through parks and the ride starts at Charles Du Gaulle Square . Razvan showed us... More

We were on a bike trip with Mihai as our host and he was brilliant. Very informative and funny. The bikes were in great condition and the route were on bike paths the whole way. We really enjoyed it and will recommend his bike tours to everyone.

We are a group of 7 seasoned lady travellers (fit fifty year olds) and we were looking for something fun and informative which would appeal to our wide ranging interests (history, culture, art, food and drink). With only 1 day to 'do' Bucharest the pressure was on to find something to suit our needs and live up to our previous... More

I loved every minute of this tour - what a great way to get to know Bucharest, moving around, hearing interesting stories about history and everyday life in Romania and its capital, getting a feel of young people's life and fun in town as well. Thoroughly recommended: it is fun, entertaining and an enriching experience! Thank you, Mihai! Annelie P.

An amazing day! Our guide met us on time, helped us pick the best bikes and led us thru the streets of Budapest(oops I mean Bucharest). His knowledge of the history and geopolitical culture kept our attention throughout our tour. Well worth the cost and the beer garden at the end was a welcome site!

Mihai on Slow Tours is your nr 1 guide in Bucharest. He gives you an exiting and interesting history of the country and the capital. He is pedagogical with a smile on his face ready to make a joke. Many good stories with connection to the communistic era. If you are in Bucharest this is a must do event. Mihai... More
