Impressive looking church from the exterior but even more to see inside. Colourful frescos and a plethora of religious icons, well worth a visit.

One of the top churches at Bucarest, a must see; Easy to visit as its location is right at the old centre of town.

Tiny place but worth visiting. We visited to attend a service, held every evening I think, which was sung by the nuns. Not just a church but small cloisters attached which are quite peaceful. Very near other areas you will visit and well worth popping in for a few minutes even.

Odd exterior belies gorgeous interior. Walls are stunning but little information about origins makes it difficult to appreciate what you're looking at. Small size makes for difficult long visit.

This is a beautiful little place and well worth the trek for a visit if you are in the city. It can get quite busy and there may be a queue to get inside due to its size, but make sure you do take the time to see inside. Tips: Visit early and be prepared to queue for a bit.

This little church is simply spectacular. One can not imagine the historical richness that is inside of this small place. Frescos and icons are simply spectacular. It is a must if you are in the old city.

Beautiful, peaceful orthodox church at the old town of Bucharest. This quiet spot is frozen in time. You will definitely pass near it if you are at the old town, so don't hesitate to get inside and see. But be respectful, it still is an operating church and monastery.

When you come upon the Church on the corner it's stunning, the small courtyard a retreat. The intricate painting and brickwork pull you inside.
