We were impressed by the building and it's huge rooms and details but the tour itself felt very rushed, I got the feeling our guide didn't really want to be there.

Huge place, but what a waste! I am glad that after the revolution they decided to use the building at least. The decoration is excessively lavish and overdone of course, as one would expect from a dictator. A must see really, if just as a history lesson.

It is the second building in the whole world,so it is really important turistical attraction....and they sell the tickets inside the gift shop. They don't even accept credit cards....and you get to see the 5/of the whole building... .The cafeteria served coffee from the the machine. They should definetely improve their services...

The first time (1983) that I entered the Palace, it was called the Palace of the People and was the seat of power for the last Romanian Dictator. A true reflection of what absolute power with all of its consequences can achieve. A journey into... More

Something to tick off your to do list in Bucharest for more than a week but certainly wouldn't be rushing to visit again. There are so... More
