CEC Place is located in the old town at the city center. There is no way you will miss it as it stands out with lights and beauty. It is worth a visit both in the day time and at night. You will definitely take a picture of it when you are in Lipscani.

This is among top 3 buildings on my list. I just love it. It was built to be a bank, and it's still the HQ of the same bank. Too bad you can't "interact" more with it, but just take a look, and move on.

This building is not far from old town, such as many buildings in the city, this is another visible in its architectural style. The CEC Palace opened in 1900 as headquarters of the national savings bank. The building has large dome of glass and metal. The intention is then to establish a museum.

I love the look and feel of this building. We visited both during the day (while on the Free Walking Tour) and at night, and it was beautiful both times. Built in 1900, the CEC is the headquarters of the national savings bank (CEC Bank). Before the construction of the palace, this location was occupied by the ruins of a... More

Impressive architecture, one of the most beautiful and imposing buildings in town. Located on Victoriei Blvd, really close to the Old Town.

It appears suddenly when peering out of the city center and it shocks you with an amazing 19th century architecture!
