This corner used to be one of the most important places for Commerce and Industry. Today you'll find offices and a charming antiques and art flea market, where you'll find antique jewelry, medals and helmets from the wars, and old tools and knick knacks.

Admire one of the best examples of last century architecture housing the "popular bank". Guided inside tours are available but even a non-guided tour will impress you.

This is yet another beautiful building on Calea Victoriei with extremely stunning architecture. It's difficult not to be impressed by the former grandeur of Bucharest, particularly in contrast with some of the dilapidated buildings.

Built in 1897, CeC Palace designed by french architect Paul Gottereau. Unfortunatelly, in night time is not well illuminated so your photos will not show the beauty of it.

A stand out historic building in old town with a magnificent facade and windows. Definitely include in your downtown wanderings. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

I sneaked in since it is now a private bank. I took a few pictures and then was kindly explained and lead out by a manager. However I am quite impressed by the grand views of this significant historical building. You can take the exterior...More

Love it, love it... I am referring to the architecture of the building and its location on Calea Victoriei. In this place there is no much change. It is that part of Bucharest that you could still feel that is unmoved as in the days...More
