This is the main open-air market where locals buy their food and flowers for the past 80 years. Interesting to walk through, and also great place to find local crafts and souvenirs.

The best fruit and vegetables in Zagreb are available here. Its a colourful and lively spectacle early but by lunchtime is starting to wind down, so get there early.
