it is the centre of town. The large square is good to chill out. The tram commutes through the square and very convenient. Lots of cafes and bars.

Every morning there is a wonderful farmer's market above the square. City center and hub of Zagreb. Great place to grab picnic supplies or breakfast in one of the cafes.

Not all that interesting as Squares go but you get the sense of the architecture of Zagreb and its where everyone hangs out. Very busy and watch out for the street cars.
