We popped along after arriving by cable car. We then watched the military parade outside the church. Worth the visit but you could miss looking at the interior if pushed for time. A lovely church.

This church is shown in every brochure or travel site of Zagreb so must be seen by everyone visiting the city. The roof tiles are beautifully crafted depicting both Croatia and Zagreb emblems.Truely stunning!

This is a stunning display of art on the roof tiles. We learned that the church was added on to over the years and if you look you can see original window placement and the date on the clock tower.

The colourful tiles used for the roof make it special. The most photographed roof. There are government buildings surrounding the church which was also interesting.

This is really cool looking church in the Gorni Grad part of the Zagreb city. Surrounded by couple parliament buildings and some old buildings. You can take really cool pics of the church cause it has a lot of free space upfront the church.

The roof tiles are amazing and we had a good laugh at the "lions" on the left since they look a bit like goats. but the church inside was all dark and closed when we visited.

I found this Church one afternoon when it was crowded with looker one but returned the following morning to be able to get some better pictures. The colorful thief roof was the only distinguishing characteristic that interested me. Well worth a visit.
