One of the very few classic cinemas which is still operating in Zagreb. Sense of past time. Watching movie in a human environment

One of my favourite things to do is the cinema. Usually I go because of the film but on this occasion I went because of the actual cinema itself. It's fantastic. Stunning inside and such comfortable seats. Admission is great value to at just 25 kuna. It also has a great bar with seats outside the cinema to chill out... More

I've been to this movie theater many times by myself. They have "subtitled tuesdays" on tuesday evenings if you don't speak the language of the movie that you want to see. The rest of the week it's usually subtitled in croatian and it's mix of international films that they show; Italian, French, Croatian, Bosnian etc. Visit one of Kino Europas'... More

With lush decorations and furnishings, and an amazing neoclassical feel to, coupled with screenings of mostly independent/festival films, Kino Europa is truly a gem you will regret not discovering. A tight and rich schedule is maintained year throughout, with most Zagreb film festivals and other cinematic events taking place there.

Zagreb, capital of Croatia, 90 years old movie theater, city center, great location with parking nearby, friendly staff, real movie theater feeling. Cafe bar, with nice selection of beers and snacks as well.

One of the oldest movie theatres around, opened ninety years ago, is an excellent place for enjoying the good movie (mostly art and indie movies). During the day it is a very nice place for having a cup of (excellent) coffee.

Great movies (not the usual ones you can see everywhere else), great people. A great place to go for a coffee in the morning, a beer in the afternoon and a place to go out in the evenings. In the city center, close to everything, perfect place to find about latest news in the world.

During the day, I like to visit this place when I'm downtown to have a coffee or tea with a friend or an acquaintance. The parking is nearby and pretty cheap, and the Cvjetni Trg and the shopping and walking is nearby. It is even close to Trg Bana Jelacica, and in the evenings, very convenient to meet people before... More
