There are several government buildings in the Square and one of them is this attraction. It does seem to be opened to the public or tourists, so i just took some pictures and moved to my next attraction to. visit.
When we were at St Mark's square, our guide pointed towards this big building and said it is a government building and at one time served as the residence of the viceroy.
It is a huge building with some official flags flying at the entrance.
