It is next to the city. It is very easy to reach by car, bus or bike. The paths are nicely done. I recomend you the Dragalevci monastery. It is very nice.

To get there its either a 93 bus from Vitosha Metro or a 123 bus from D M Dimitrov Metro to Simeonovo. The gondola lift from Simeonovo only runs at weekends in summer and there is no access by path because of new apartment building...More

We were like 20 people on the Vitosha Mountain, the road is good, from the bottom till some point. It's nice, a place that you can visit anytime.
