This bridge is an anticlimax but immediately adjacent in the Prince's Garden is a wonderful Soviet monument and various statues and friezes. Visit both.

Very very crowded crossroad. Nothing special at all. Very close to metro station and park. Accesible on the road, or by feet.

I didn’t do any research and I thought of something else or bigger. It does look historic as a bridge to enter the center of the city

This is the most polluted place in the city and one of the most polluted in all of Europe. The traffic is terrible at any time of the day.

Although a rather none descript bridge that spans a very tame river namely the River Perlovska Eagle's Bridge ( Orlov Most ) does have a very impressive set of sculptures of eagles in flight that are amazing pieces of work.
The sculptures were added in honour of returning prisoners of war returning to the motherland from the Ottoman Empire.
Its only a small bridge, if your in the area it's worth checking out for the statues and easy to locate along Bulevard Tsarigradsko Shose.

Eagles Bridge over the Perlovska river in the south east of the city (20/25 minutes from Serdica Metro) is small and very unimpressive save the four eagles statues that occupy all four corners. These greatest of birds symbolise and commemorate the freedom of Bulgarian captives from the clutches of the Ottoman Empire. Been there, seen it, done it - tick!

If you are going to Boris Gradina you can have a quick visit. If it is not in your way to something do not waste your time.

Incredibly underwhelming. Absolutely not worth going out of the way for and barely worth the effort if in the area. Nice park nearby though...

Perhaps in the pre-combustion engine era when horse-drawn carriages and pedestrians used the bridge to cross the Perlovska stream, the quartet of eagles may have been inspiring and worth a visit.
