This building is not some kind of attraction or museum or something, it's just an extravagant home. Still it's worth seeing if you're in the neighborhood.

A funny building in the outskirts of Sofia. Modern architecture used to build a multiple apartments house in snail shape. Lovely

Waste of place and money. Building dirty and not used for anything. Nobody from the locals actually visits or likes this building. Do not visit it. Waste of time. Visit something else.
