Great place to sit in the shadow in warm day and calm down. You can drink mineral water, but it is warm.

Very fresh moment after the rain has gone and sun came up before sunset. The former public bath is now a museum. It has great architecture and detailed interior. Must see spot in town.

The main bath building is closed, only attraction is the public taps to collect the mineral rich water. The building is beautifully constructed, with a park. Very warm mineral water freely flowing from several taps, locals collecting this water in plastic containers. Watch out before...More

The Mineral Baths are still closed for renovations but it is a beautiful building situated in a small square which is popular with the locals. Very close by is the Banya Bashi Mosque which was undergoing major building work when I was there.

Get a drink from the pure community water, maybe take a dip if you have time, too. The mineral baths are neat more as a novelty experience, but especially for the history behind them. If you're not on a tour you will miss out on...More

There are in the city center and if you want you can visit it, but in my opinion it is nothing special. Many people go there to fill their bottles with mineral water for their homes, some people traveling about an 1 hour to do...More

I went there with snow and ice and I washed my hands with the "healing" mineral water, while many Bulgarian filled plastic bottles. The water is quite warm but not too hot and has a slight sulfur taste. With the snow it was a very...More
