It is always a very nice idea to check out Tirana from mount Dajti. Great panorama, fresh air and good food. You can have lunch in one of the restaurants up there. The best way to go is through the cable car, just 10 mins to the mountain.

a place green in spring and summer, and covered in snow in winter. Great to visit anytime. Lots of restaurants with traditional food. A good idea would be to use the cable car, which apart from making you enjoy a breathtaking view, would save you from the trouble of a bumpy ride

One of most attractive activities in Tirana. The cable car experience is really interesting, up there a beautiful view of the city can be enjoyed.

Taking the cable car up to Mount Dajt was a fantastic experience if a bit scary. One there you are in the immaculately kept gardens of the Hotel Belvedere with fountains, gardens, children's play area and the Ballkoni I Dajtit restaurant. Away from this area however it's a different story. Some rather scabbly ponies give children rides but the area... More

Great views on the way up marred by the scratched windows in the gondolas. Nice restaurant at the top with nothing to stop the views.

The place is really the balcony of Tirana. You can go up to there by telpher - cable way, and you can enjoy beautiful view from there, fresh air, and nice landscape on a sunny day in the winter time.

A trip up Mount Dajti is a must for visitors to Tirana. The cable car trip takes about 15 minutes to whisk you away from the hustle and noise of the city to a much wilder and more sedate place. Getting to the cable car statiion is a bit of a trek, however, and is best accomplished by taxi. Tickets... More
