I walked down this pedestrian walkway during the week they were celebrating and event, I am not sure what it was or just can't remember but children were dressed it Albanian wear on both sides of the street and there were miniature flags and decorations hanging overhead on the street. It ended with a trek through a partially open air market surrounded by walls. I love this area it offer restaurants, shopping and even a public washroom. The trees on both sides of the street lend to a coolnenviroent. It is perfect for chilling with a drink and enjoy the ambiance.

A lovely walk through and up to a massive shopping centre. Some coffee shops and fast food along the walk.
A pretty walk, but upon closer look could do with some looking after.
The lights along the path are all uncovered and have had their wires removed. A few uneven and missing paving stones.
But a nice pretty place in a busy centre

This is a very attractive street in the middle of the city. But, there is a conflict in music from every restaurant and bar. This brings a negative perception regarding the street.

This is a pedestrianised street adjacent to Skanderbeg Square. Worth a stroll in the evening as there is a series of gaudily lit archways (I think) celebrating the links between Albania and Italy. Lots of cafes and restaurants to sit and people watch but otherwise uninspiring.

This walkway is where much of Tirana will walk of enjoy cafe culture. It starts by the castle area and the Toptani Shopping mall and goes towards the Mother Theresa square . Leafy and pleasant

it's a pedestrian street, with trees on both sides, and so many cafes and restaurants, you can find Tirana castle in this street and Toptani mall at its end .. it's really nice for a walk or a drink

OK, there are cafes and restaurant along the way, plus some shops. Exciting? No. More of a thoroughfare to get from here to someplace else. Miss it and you won’t miss much.

It's just an average pedestrian street. It is in good shape and has many trees. It starts at Reja-The Cloud, you'll pass many cafes and a souvenir shop, come to the Tirana Castle; continue and you'll come to Toptani shopping center and ParkFan Stilian Noli. Cross the street and you can access Tanner's Bridge.

We truly enjoyed wondering around this quaint little buzzing street. There was so many cute little shops, and some nice artworks around. Really nice place to just chill and people watch.

Rruga Toptani is a stone pedestrian street in the very center, just south the main Skenderbeg sq and Bunkart 2 museum.
The street is full of bars and restaurants beneath tree shade, and because of that and being among city's main attractions it's a nice place to cool down and relax while exploring.
