Six stations, very interesting, and deeeep underground. Staff is unpleasant, and train cars are very old.

But then again everything in this country is unbelievable including some of the stories guides tell you. Grandiose, amazing mosaics, some old German trains, some new Korean ones. All under the watchful eye of a Kim....as usual.

Very interesting to mingle with the locals and to visit all of the stations accessible by foreigners. Each stations well adorned with ornate pictures and lighting. One of the highlights of our trip!

This is a very deep metro (at least 60m) and no doubt doubles as civilian protection. Carriages are old but clean. A slice of daily life.
