We had a great half-day tour on a rainy morning. It was school holidays so we had lots of children running along the train asking for lollies (ration your supplies as you will go through 4 or 5 villages). Our guide, Nuky, was fantastic!

It was a class excursion to Sigatoka town. There are no passenger trains in Fiji. This was a wonder!

My first trip to Fiji will be July/August, and want to know if the train originates from both ends ie: start at Sigatoka and goes to Suva, or just from Suva to Sigatoka please.

How much is the tour? Everyone keeps saying it isn't expensive but we are trying to set a budget with actual costs. Thanks!
