On my recent trip to Fiji I had the pleasure of shopping at Jacks. I went to both the store at the port of Denarau and the Doubletree Jacks. The merchandise selection was fabulous! I found so many authentic Fiji keepsakes and souvenirs and the staff at both locations provided excellent service!! Vani at the Doubletree went beyond my expectations to help us not only picking out the perfect pair of black pearl earrings, but also teaching us about the pearls and helping us with the paperwork for our tax refund both from her store and the store at the port!! I will definitely shop here again next time I get to Nadi!

We shopped at Jack's in Sigatoka, The staff were very helpful, not pushy, their attitude was take your time this is fiji, no rush. It would have been helpful if they explained the VAT refund scheme. Spend more than $500 in one shopping trip and you can claim 15% VAT back. The store has to fill out forms, you need your passport and travel details. But apart from that, we had fun

Great value, great information provided on the tour about Fijian cultures. Hands down the best tour we have done, the village and waterfall experience was next level. Beautiful tour guides.

My husband and I shopped at Jacks at the Warwick on the Coral Coast. The staff were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy. They went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the staff of Jacks at the Warwick.

Went to Jack's of Fiji Double Tree. Vani and Katarina were extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommend visiting for all shopping needs. Wonderful gift selections to bring back home. Hope to visit again soon.
