Excellent city beach. Surprisingly clean with its proximity to the city. Fairly close to the airport, and ideally located. Winter or summer, it is a great place to walk around and just get close to the water and relax.
Excellnt promenade call La Rambls, a series of nice buildings in feibt od the beach. Central point: L a Rambla and Boulevard Espańa or Brasil Avenue, you need 45 ms snd you are done, add one hour for the cafeteria thing. It woth it!!

There are a few restaurants along La Rambla (the beachfront street) in that general area, some right over the water, some the other side of the street but with water views. You can often buy folding chairs in the supermarkets such as Disco but they tend to be back a block or so from the beachfront.
