I went and walked around this area twice because there’s so much awesome graffiti art you can stumble by and admire. Lots a places to eat around there and nice ocean views, highly recommend!

Wonderful area of Lima to visit. Very charming, bohemian, historic and a little run down. Great architecture and ocean views! Easy to walk to from Miraflores area. So many art and craft galleries. Enjoy coffee and pastries at Bisetti.

This area is like the Brooklyn of Lima. It's very hipster, totally different vibe than Miraflores and is full of great bars and restaurants. Go explore.

That is a tough question. I do not recall seeing any when in Barranco. If there are any, likely try the surrounding areas.
