This tour was hands down, my highlight of Lima. I got to learn so much about the city, the fusion of African, Chinese, Italian, Peruvian food and how it all happened here. Josselin is awesome and her experience with food (former chef) shined right through during the tour. I would highly recommend it and next time when I am here,... More

We did the daytime tour from about 9:15 pickup to about 3:00 drop off. After a relatively short, and efficient circuit to pick up the eight people on our tour we immediately started visiting neighbourhoods and places to indulge in local specialities, culminating in a decadent lunch at a 'must try' restaurant. Everything is included, the 'menu' is wonderful and... More

From the moment of pickup when Sylvia arrived at our hotel in her apron, you know you are in for some fun. Our morning tour took us through the several stops where we all were happily greeted and cared for: coffee, ice cream, fruits and veg, ceviche and Pisco sours included. There is a great deal of information accompanied by... More

I love food - eating, cooking, learning. This tour had that plus more. We started with Peruvian coffee (with artistic capucchino "painting") at a great coffee house (with an onsite "laboratory" where they picked and processed beans), a neighborhood restaurant for fruit juice, a visit to the market for fruit tasting (many fruits that were new to me), then to... Did an afternoon and evening tour (separate days) with these folks. Very responsive and professional: it's what matters most to me with these things. It's a great way to explore Lima (mostly Barranco - which is a cool part of the city) as the driving is left to them. Just long enough and you're fed very, very well.

We purposely planned a full day layover in Lima before flying to Arequipa, specifically to take this food tour. We were picked up promptly and taken to the Barranco district to begin the walking part of our tour. We enjoyed coffee tasting and I got some beautiful pictures of the murals. Our favorite part of the tour was making pisco... More

As the name of the company states this a primarily a food tour with a little history and culture thrown in. We did some walking, but mostly we were driven from place to place. The first place was a coffee shop that also roasts their own coffee. I am not a coffee drinker, but Jaime our guide, suggested an excellent... More

Had such a great time with Lourdes! Very knowledgable about Peru's history and its cuisine. Every restaurant we stopped at was so nice and the food was so yummy. The tour even came with 3 cocktails which I was not expecting! This tour is a great introduction to Peruvian cuisine and allows you to sample a little bit of everything.... More
