You're bound to find something here you saw somewhere else and be able to decide that you finally want it. Be prepared to walk around and build rapport with the store owners, because you will find that prices can fluctuate and the better the rapport...More

This is a giant local market with food and local handmade and commercial goods. It is a great place to shop for souvenirs or get something to eat. People are friendly, helpful and not pushy. Everything is very cheap compared to the US. We had...More

If you are looking for some souvenirs from Cusco this is a great spot to check out - though many vendors inside offer very very similar stuff and they are happy to bargain with you - it's hard to find something very unique but it's...More

Maybe we went on an off day, but the entire place was so depressing. Tiny little stalls selling exactly the same souvenir items fill this shelter like plaza. Each and every stall manned by owners or employees in various stages of sleep. You feel like...More

I love to buy souvenirs so this was the perfect place! We stayed at the Eco Inn (great hotel!) directly across the street. Important tip to note before you get caught up shopping here in all the stalls -- many of the vendors do not...More

It was a fun place to go for inexpensive gifts. It is all the same things you see all over town but the variety was nice. Please don't believe them that everything is handmade and baby alpaca. We were told they open at 7 am...More
