Very picturesque square in front of the cathedral. Exceptionally clean area and mostly for pedestrians only. Colourful flower beds with seating or just a place to wander. Surrounded by period buildings and a good place to eat with many restaurants.

Nice city center square. Great place to people watch. Many locals go there just to hang out. It was safe and clean.

Cusco is just a low key type city with magical buildings, great churches and wonderful people. I likes it better than the larger more cosmopolitan city of Lima
