During the day you can enter this building and see a local art display. But the best time to see it is at night when it is all lit up.

As most TA reviewers had written, this beautiful beautiful could not be missed. It is a huge building, located near the Abdon Calderon Park, the old and new Cathedrals. Wished I had more days to stay in Cuenca to visit and see its courtyard.
