The Quito airport is an absolutely wonderful one--modern, clean, efficient and easy to navigate. It has to be one of the best airports we have ever landed in or departed. The arrival is really easy and there is ample staff to do the customs and immigration. This is one of the few airports we were stopped to have our temperature taken because of the coronavirus situation.
The drive from/to the airport is really a beautiful one. The countryside is wonderful

It is very comfortable, safe, it has wifi inside, probably each one departs with a 15 minute interval, sometimes more, specially at night. a safe way to go and come from the airport.

Tried to book on the web site. Could not get it to work. Arranged via email. Felipe sent the email that he would provide the transportation.
We arrived in Quito, No driver. We were about to get a Taxi when Felipe finally showed up
Departure to airport was for a flight to our cruise. We asked for a 5am pickup. We waited as long as we could, No Driver. We had to take a cab. No phone call to hotel or any communication saying he was late. Much later he sent an email stating he had a flat tire and arrived "minutes" after we departed.
I cannot recommend this service, especially if you need to be on time.

Since I came in on a very late flight, I didn't want the hassle to transfer from shuttle to taxi, so I booked Grayline. It's around $40.00, hardly a cost saver.Having used them many times both in Peru and Ecuador, both for sight seeing and airport shuttle, I have always been able to depend on them. So far they have always been on time handling everything from point A to B. Always friendly, answering questions and educating you in the process. The vans or buses are always clean and kept in tiptop shape. I consider them a keeper, so far.

Booked our transfers a week before our trip. Correspondence was quick and hassle-free. We were met by Felipe upon our arrival and we were brought to our hotel safely. Since our arrival time was close to midnight and our departure was very early in the morning, we wanted a safe way to get to and from the airport. Our van was large enough to accommodate us and our luggage. It was clean and our driver was professional and spoke perfect English. We would definitely recommend this company.
