The art was fascinating. Didn't need the aromatherapy and herbal remedies. They also need English translators.

This place is honestly creepy in a lot of ways... The artist was there and painted for a group watching, which was a cool experience as is the temple itself. But in a lot of ways, the space felt like it was trying to force some type of illusion that didn't feel like it had real depth. Felt like a knock-off recreation of Capilla del Hombre in many ways without the powerful stories Guayasamin shared. His helicopter parked at the temple with the soft sale of CBD and coca leaves and photos with conservative international political leaders and all of his staff being very young women left us with bad vibes when we left the place.

An amazing experience. A modern interpretation of some aspects of Inca culture. Fabulous guides lead you through with information and ritual. Highly recommend as add on to visiting the Mitidad del Mundo.

Definitely worth a stop, the guides are well prepared and the tour is very interesting. The demonstration of the beads and the aromatherapy are sure to impress even the most cynical visitor!

Please read recent reviews!! The tour lasts 10 minutes. Then for 40 minutes they present you with sales pitches for magic rocks and aromatherapy. The grounds are unique but the experience is poor.

What a unique place. A tribute to the culture of the region; its owner Cesar Ortega Maila who is a sculptor and a painter. He is a master in his field since he paints with his hands and finger. I was very lucky to witness him doing his work and completing a beautiful scenery in a minute and a half. Amazing!

This is a place that would appeal to all of your senses. The visit of the temple is with a guided tour (English is spoken), which starts with a cleansing ritual. The temple is beautiful, with stunning exhibits. A small store sells lovely scents of natural incense and stones.
Wander around the complex yard/garden and admire the mesmerizing statues by Ortega Maila, who happened to be there when I visited! He was kind and friendly and posed for a photo with me.
Do not miss to visit this magical place if you are in Quito and the area.
