This is a must-visit in Quito. From outside, you may think "what's the fuss?", but once inside, every single part takes your breath away. Gold everywhere - only place I have visited that came close is the Kremlin. Don't miss any corner - the detail...More

Interesting but totally over the top for us. Some of the pictures added much to the historical perspective.

Quito used to be the centre of Christian religion for South America so there are brilliant churches on every street corner - this is one of the best.

This was another must see church in the heart of old Quito - the exterior alone is worth the visit - inside as with most churches in this countr we were transported to another time and sometimes to another part of the world...

This is a really beautiful church, a real gem that stands out head and shoulders above the usual run of Spanish influenced churches. It should not to be missed. Look out for the trompe l'oeil.

Gold plated carvings are incredible. I just sat and watched them for 30 minutes and felt like Sun was shining on me. It is pity that photography is not allowed even without the flash. Your entrance ticket includes the private guide. Guide are usually the...More

It was amazing to see this church. The time and craftmans work was amazing to see. It is a huge church and the stone work outside was outstanding as well as the inside decoration.

If there is one thing you have to see it is this church. It is stunning and I had a guide in English who was very informative. It takes the breath away - a pity one cannot take photographs, but understandable.

I’m not sure, however each fee’s are very reasonable, some just take donations. I don’t believe we paid more than $5 pp at any of these churches and we visited several. You might try Quinto Tourism for that question.

Puedes conseguir info en la pagina oficial de la fundación, sin embargo el precio de la boda rondaba entre los 500 dólares.
