Just another typical church. We are not particularly religious, but even if we were, it's the same old thing - church type architecture, fancy carvings, beautiful altar, etc.

One of Quito' s oldest. It's construction took more than 100 hundred years. Owned by the Jesuit order. The altar leaves yor breathless!

This church tops some other magnificent churches in the area hands down. Sadly (or not), no photography is allowed in the church. You will just have to see it yourself!

Yes, they have specific schedules for masses and of course every sunday the church is closed for visits and it is only open for locals to attend a mass.
