We enjoyed delicious (and not sweet) hot chocolate and a long chat with the owner. Great snacks, chocolate, and conversation on La Ronda.

We stopped in for some hot chocolate and were pleasantly surprised to find that not only was their chocolate great but they also had delicious food, canezalo and gelato as well! A very sweet, English speaking couple ran the shop and made sure the whole...More

For those who appreciate good chocolate. Not the commercial brands found in supermarkets, mini markets and on the streets sold on every corner. This place is chocolate heaven. With an impressive line up of organic, Ecuadorean, cocao, milk, semi dark and our favourite 100% cocao...More

This place...I can't even begin to describe how amazing the gelato. The white chocolate is so delicious, the mint melts in your mouth and the beer will get you ice cream wasted. I cry myself to sleep every night because I am no longer in...More

The store owner couple are very friendly and courteous. Their chocolate offerings are just phenomenal. You definitely need to try their hot chocolate made from 100% black chocolate bar and milk - best treat one can ask for in a cold, rainy night in Quito.

Unfortunately we were only able to go one time. In their cafe, we had the most amazing hot chocolate - rich, chocolatey, and best of all, you could sweeten to your taste. We also had some yummy savory snacks.

I've eated gelato all over Italy and this place is as good as the best of them. In addition they have hand made chocolates, excellent pastries and coffees. They really know what they're doing! The mora (something like a blackberry but with a tang to...More

I chanced upon this chocolateria on my last day in Quito and I only wish I had discovered if earlier. Amazing chocolates and their cakes are to die for. Don't pass up on it if you happen to be in the area.
