My partner and I visited Valparaiso as a day trip from Santiago. We got return tickets on Turbus from the terminal almada for 7000C/P to Valparaiso. From there we did a independent walking tour - getting a taxi to 21 Plaza de mayo and tracing...More

Interesting to see the insides of Chilean Government. The tour guide was great. Architecture was interesting.

Huge building, mostly made of concrete. Some interesting stories about it, but that's all.

Valparaiso is an ugly little town, but interesting. View over the Pacific ocean is beautiful. But that. Seems to have lived around poor people. In Chile, Parliament isn't located in Santiago but in Valparaiso.
