Walking through this narrow road in Cerro Concepcion section of Valparaíso was an awesome experience. On one side could see nice colorful buildings and on the other side could see the ocean, coastline and the beautiful surroundings. Certainly would very highly recommend visiting Paseo Atkinson.

Here you can get the whole view of the Valparaíso bay,and beyond. So the view reach Quintero to the north and part of the Los Andes Mountains.

Lovely terrace with turn of century homes. Some a little delapidated. Shame that benches and pavements smell of urine ...dogs or people? Street cleaner tidies but shame the pavement isn't washed

Walked up and down that street and really could not understand why it was even ranked on here. It is in my opinion a very nice street but nothing really stands out except maybe a few nice apartment buildings.

We came across this quaint row of old houses when walking between Cerro Concepcion and Cerro Alegre. Our guide explained the history of these houses which are in various states of disrepair, but you can still imagine what they were like in their heyday. There were a few street sellers out in front but they didn’t bother us at all, and the views of the city are pretty good.

We went there as a part of the Free Tour of Valparaiso. There is some nice street art visible from there, and the area is interesting in itself. Usually there are some street vendors set up. It's worth having a look at it if you're in the neighborhood.

Paseo atkinson, use to be a living place in the past years, now is full of tourist that enjoy a nice view, from there you can see the bay, the hills and the plan of the city. Paseo atkinson is now a free access viewpoint located in Valparaíso, in the Concepción hill, its is not a difficult hill to climb, taking the fact that all Valparaiso is constituted by hills, and it definitely worth it, the colors of the houses and the view is something that you can't miss,and if you are tired and want something to eat or drink, you can have it just next to it, this place is surrounding by many restaurant and also hotels where you can stay and wake up to see a beautiful part of Valparaíso
